Sustainable Business Award

We are very pleased to announce that MeadowSweet Posies has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Sustainable Business category for the New Forest Brilliance in Business Awards 2025. This is a great moment for us and an opportunity for a wider audience to hear about our 100% British-grown flower posies. With the New Forest National Park as a constant inspiration for us and the tranquil setting of our cutting garden in Bisterne, we know what a special part of the country this is. In fact we were enjoying the Lyndhurst scarecrow trail today which was great fun and worth a visit if you are local. I think the New Forest is at its most beautiful in the autumn. 

We are proud that we grow in a way that supports local biodiversity and helps to celebrate locally-grown, seasonal flowers, and that MeadowSweet supports British flower farmers whilst eliminating the air-miles typically associated with imported blooms. Please keep your fingers crossed for us as we approach the final judging stage of the awards, with the winner to be announced towards the end of the year.
