Is this a letterbox delivery?

No. MeadowSweet Posies are sent in a full-size courier box, large enough to hold the hand-tied posy and its glass jar safely. The box will be left somewhere safe or with a neighbour if you are not in.

Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, of course. You can manage this easily through your online account, or email sophie@meadowsweet.co.uk if you have any questions. If your next delivery is due within seven days, you will still receive that one and we will pause or cancel the next.

Can I send MeadowSweet Posies as a gift?

Absolutely! You can send a single posy of British-grown flowers as a one-off surprise, or treat someone to a flower subscription for regular deliveries that follow the seasonal change through the year.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes, add a message at checkout and we will include a handwritten card at no extra cost.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked24, which typically arrives the day after sending. No signature is needed and if you provide an email or mobile number, Royal Mail will let you know your delivery slot.

How should I care for my posy?

Rinse off any gel and cut the stems before placing them in water — this is the most important step, as it helps the flowers draw up water from the jar. Keep the water topped up and change it every couple of days. Use the included eco flower food, as it keeps the water clean and the flowers well-fed.

A hand-tied posy of British-grown, seasonal flowers. Flower mix changes every 1-2 weeks through the year, from our network of British growers, so each eco-friendly delivery includes something new and is a wonderful seasonal surprise. (Photos show a few example posies from different seasons).

Your stems travel with eco-gel to keep them hydrated, arriving fresh and ready to display. This is not a letterbox delivery: your pre-arranged posy is wrapped with care in plastic free packaging and boxed, and will be left safe if you are not in. Your first order includes a free British-made recycled glass jar.

Treat yourself, or someone just as lovely, to a British flower subscription. Choose the frequency from weekly, fortnightly, three weekly or monthly. You can skip or pause a subscription through your customer portal, or by getting in touch.
