Many of this week's ingredients have come from growers in Lincolnshire. I'm lucky to have Helen at Evolve. It's tricky for florists to access Lincolnshire flowers as most are already earmarked for the likes of Waitrose and Marks and Spencers but tucked in this week are some real gems, such as the lisianthus, antirrhinums and hot pink gypsophila and snowberries.

What's in the posy?

Brassica, gypsophila, snowberry, antirrhinum, lisianthus, pittosporum, clary sage, eucalyptus, green bell.

What's scented?

Eucalyptus, gypsophila.
